ARC Energy works with RFQs, data sheets, and specifications from engineering firms, end user or third party design groups to determine the best equipment for your project.

Our engineering team runs process simulations, sizing equipment and vessels, and performing ASME calculations.

We then estimate materials and create material takeoffs.

ARC Energy utilizes in-house proprietary sizing tools and spreadsheets for many upstream applications. We size vessels for retention time, slug rates, heat required, nozzle velocities and energy, mist extractors and more. These sizing tools have been developed over many years from real-life field data, long accepted theory as well as formulas and practices outlined in many industry- respected technical manuals.

Besides process HMB and reactions, process simulations are used for equipment ratings/sizing for heat exchangers, fan coolers, columns, heater coils, and more.

Our team utilizes vendor software for sizing valves, PSVs, filter elements, etc.

ARC Energy can create custom capacity curves for a variety of our equipment.
